About Us

Meet Tony Farelli

I have worked as a mechanical engineer for 30 years. I put myself through college working in construction as a block mason then later as a welder. I am a proud graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout my career I have earned many certifications that have expanded my skills and will be beneficial to my home inspection business. My work experience includes: High Turbine Engineer for Pratt and Whitney, International Design Team for Goodyear Tire and Rubber where I spent a year working in Germany, Senior Engineer and Project Lead for Lockheed Martin. I started TF Home Inspection in 2015 to help people in the process of buying a home. I have purchased and renovated many houses over my lifetime which gives me many insights on what a new homeowner is up against. I received my training through ICA Inspection Certification Associates and became an ASHI member for my continuing education and professional organization A home inspection is a limited visible non- destructive inspection. The home inspector conducts inspections on residential properties to check for compliance and assess if there are hazards or structural defects. This entails examining both the interior and exterior of the property, including infrastructure, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
